1 General Terms & Conditions

• Allowing third parties to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Jatbet may request a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules & Conditions

All bets placed on Jatbet are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless Jatbet voids it due to a technical issue. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing any bet.

• The minimum bet amount may vary across different markets.
• Maximum payout limits are set by Jatbet and are subject to change.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jatbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Jatbet is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions during live betting.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event will be treated as fraud.

For Sports Betting results, Jatbet uses official outcomes from the relevant sporting authorities. In the event of any dispute over a result, Jatbet's decision shall be final.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Jatbet must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash and Nagad. The following conditions apply when adding or withdrawing funds from your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Your account must be KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted until the previous one has been completed.

If a payment is suspected to be fraudulent, Jatbet may temporarily or permanently suspend the account pending investigation. Should fraud be confirmed, the associated funds will be forfeited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms apply to all Jatbet bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and promotions. Please read the relevant offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — typically 10x to 30x the deposit amount.
• The required wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and can be claimed once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Jatbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Jatbet reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account, with or without cause. In practice, action is typically taken for the following reasons.

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 36 months).
• Account closure requested by the user.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed, unless forfeiture applies due to fraudulent activity.

9 Limitation of Liability

Jatbet is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, internet issues, or third-party causes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

• Jatbet is not liable for temporary disruptions during scheduled server maintenance.
• Jatbet is not liable if account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Jatbet is not liable for any loss caused by third-party software or services.
